Valicha was born from the passion of Melisa Valencia, a mother who loves cooking and seeing the joy on the faces of those who taste her dishes. What began as an act of love at home grew into a shared dream with her life partner, Phill Routledge — an adventure embraced with courage, guided by passion and the desire to create something truly unique.
