On the Menu is:

• Pisco Sour – Peru’s iconic cocktail - Delicioso!

• Inca Kola – Peru's infamous soda that captured the hearts and minds of a nation.

• Ceviche Mixto – fresh local fish and seafood, corn, spanish onion salsa, sweet potato, and of course leche de tigre!

• Anticuchos de Corazon – Beef Heart kebabs marinated in our spicy aji pepper sauce, skewered on a stick, and grilled to perfection over hot coals.

• Pollo a la Brasa – Pollo a la Brasa - A charcoal fired , marinated, crispy-skinned, roasted chicken taste explosion! Comes with salad and chips. And believe us... Melisa has the recipe to die for!
